Hampton Beach, New Hampshire – Family Fun & Live Music

Arcades, breakfast at The Coffee Break, and a summer stage that brings in big names.

Hampton Beach, NH is a short bike ride north of Salisbury, MA. It has a lot to offer as a destination and is a great place for families to get away for a day. There’s a lot of bars and funky eating places, plus a large music venue that brings in good music. It gets crowded — but that’s part of the energy.

☕ Breakfast at The Coffee Break Cafe

The Coffee Break Cafe on Hampton Beach is a great place for coffee and breakfast before a day of riding or beach time.

🎸 The Vibe – Family-Friendly & Lively

Hampton Beach is a great place for some people — especially families who can spend a day in one place and keep an eye on their kids. I like to keep moving and find interesting places, but I can appreciate what Hampton offers.

The beach itself is wide and sandy, with a classic boardwalk. There’s a large music venue that books well‑known acts, plus arcades, pizza joints, and the usual beachfront energy.

🚴 Getting There by Bike

From Salisbury Beach or the Salisbury State Reservation, Hampton Beach is a short, flat, pleasant ride north over the state line into New Hampshire. It’s an easy day trip on two wheels, with no need to fight for parking.

If you’re staying at the Pines Campground in Salisbury, you can ride to Hampton Beach, spend a few hours, and return with plenty of daylight left.
