OK…this is for fun only! Not too be taken seriously. I’m having fun with this and I hope you can too. I’ve been responsible for getting sponsors for the Boston Wordcamp conference so I thought I’d use that experience and have some fun. I love visiting with my friends and if we can connect on this adventure of “The Summer of 100 Beaches” it would be fun. That’s what this is all about…connecting with friends and family new and old. I will list you on the sponsors page if we do connect. Even if we aren’t old friends let’s connect, I make friends fast.
There’s four levels of sponsorship.
- The Bike Riding Buddy
- The Social Hour
- The Pit Stop
- The Grilled Cheese
- The Refresher
- The Crash Pad
The Bike Riding Buddy

This is what it’s all about right here. I couldn’t be happier to have a bike riding buddy or two join me. I know some great bike routes and beaches you’ve never heard of. C’mon along for the ride.
The Social Event

If you’re not up for a bike ride but may be up for hanging out, grabbing a great local dinner that would be cool. Show me around your neighborhood.
Now we get a little more serious…
The Pit Stop Level of Sponsorship

This may include replenishing water supplies, use of the bathroom, perhaps some bike maintenance, and maybe a place to park my car while out on my bike.
The Grilled Cheese Level of Sponsorship

The Grilled Cheese Sponsorhip includes the Pit Stop Sponsorship benefits plus some sort of nourishment.
The End of the Day Refresher Level of Sponsorship

Nothing better than a good outdoor shower to refresh and get ready for the evening.
The Overnight Crash Pad Level of Sponsorship

I camp mostly because I travel at the spur of the moment when the weather is good. You can almost always get a reservation at a campground and I don’t deal with the disappointment of bad weather. There are a few trips where I may take by train and a place to crash would make it easier.
Maybe a better name for this would be “Dinner Is On Me”. I’ll either treat to a good local dinner or I’ll buy the fixings for a good home cooked local dinner.
