It’s Memorial Day weekend and as is our tradition, we start down on the Connecticut shore. Specifically at Hammonassett State Park in Madison, Connecticut. The water is a bit warmer down here.

This is a Connecticut state park campground and most state run campgrounds have excellent camping conditions. I’ve got my tent a nice soft ground. It’s easy to stake out. Some campgrounds offer so-called pads to put your tent on. All that means is that they’ve leveled it out with rocks. It’s hard to stake your tent out and is also is not pleasant to walk on.
This is the third or fourth time that I’ve been here. I’m not going to duplicate the content. I’ve already posted. Check out my YouTube channel and other postings here on this website.
